We recommend placing your order at least 6–8 weeks before your wedding date. Our flowers are made to order and shipped internationally before being delivered to you, so ordering in advance ensures a smooth, stress-free experience.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes approximately 25–30 days from the date of purchase. Once your order arrives in the UK, it is delivered via DPD with tracking provided.

Do you ship flowers directly to me?

At present, all orders are shipped to our UK team first for quality checks before being delivered to you. This allows us to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition. We are working closely with our supplier to introduce direct-to-customer shipping in the future.

Are your flowers real or artificial?

Our flowers are luxury artificial stems designed to look beautifully realistic. They offer the elegance of fresh flowers without wilting, last-minute stress, or waste — making them ideal for weddings and large-scale décor.

What makes So Solace flowers different?

We specialise in loose luxury wedding flowers, carefully curated and imported to give brides complete freedom to style their day. By sourcing directly and cutting out traditional florist markups, we offer premium-looking florals at accessible prices.

Do you offer flower bundles?

Yes. We offer professionally calculated flower bundles designed to create specific wedding displays, such as floor flower balls. Bundles are priced at the same value as individual stems — they simply remove the guesswork and make ordering easier.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, wedding flower orders have a minimum spend, which helps us maintain quality, shipping efficiency, and fair pricing. The minimum order value is clearly displayed at checkout.

Is there a minimum quantity per flower?

Some products have a minimum order quantity (for example, rose stems), which will be clearly stated on the product page. This ensures the best value and consistency for wedding styling.

How do I care for my flowers when they arrive?

Once received, remove the flowers from their packaging and allow them to air out. To achieve a fuller, natural look, gently steam the petals from a distance. Store in a cool, dry place until styling.

Can I order if my wedding date is soon?

If your wedding date is approaching, please contact us before ordering. We may reach out to confirm timelines, and in some cases may advise against proceeding if delivery cannot be guaranteed in time.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We offer returns within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Will my order be tracked?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched within the UK, you will receive DPD tracking details via email.

Can I reuse the flowers after my wedding?

Absolutely. Our flowers are designed to last and can be reused for home décor, events, or even resold or hired out after your wedding.
